4. Land Business
Residential real estate deals with home for occupation or for non-business purposes. It includes flats, villas and non commercial building / residential building.
Commercial real estate include buying and selling commercial valued properties like shops, malls etc. The cost associated with this business is higher than residential business.
Industrial buildings and properties falls under the 3rd category. Those projects are bigger ones and big firms deals with these kind of business. It wont be suitable for individuals.
Land business which is very common and oldest method of real estate business which we all know. About 60 percentage of people dealing with real estate handles these kind of business.
