Real Estate Mistakes

There are some unusual mistakes a real estate agent might make while they make a deal. We can check some of them.

1.  Fixing deal with uninterested buyers.

As a real estate agent you might be in a hurry to close a deal. Because of that you might talk with an uninterested person and might waste your precious time.

2. Fixing a high price

Might be because of your desire to get good commission, you might fix a high price for the property. Always remember that the potential buyers will investigate on the real value of the property. 

3. Fixing a low price

You should fix a reasonable price for the property which might not be too high nor too low.

4. Not willing to negotiate.

Most buyers bargain for discounts while they go for buying something. So fix a price that is ok for you after doing negotiations.

5. Selling at loss/forgetting to add profit

It is a situation in which you Sell at a price which is of no use for you. ie no margins. It is a big blunder in real estate business. So fix proper margins before you start the deal.
